Structuring Content
& Crafting Experience

For this case study, the focus is on the homepage, as it best represents the main UX, content-structuring, and storytelling decisions made throughout the project. The homepage redesign focused on organizing content clearly and creating an engaging user experience.

Along with the LNDM team, we reviewed the initial concepts and the brand’s mission, vision, and values to define a clear direction. Navigation was simplified, related content was grouped, and wireframes were designed for scannable blocks.

In the section below, a before-and-after comparison shows how navigation, content structure, and CTA placement were refined to enhance clarity and engagement.

Fold 2

  1. Events First
Upcoming events are prioritized, as they generate the most conversions and keep content fresh and engaging.

  2. Updated CTA
View All” Replaced the previous CTA with a clearer “View all” button at the top right of the “Coming Soon Events” and “Our Trips” sliders, directing users to full event and trip pages.

  3. Trips Slider
Surf and surfskate trips appear in a redesigned, visual slider with category labels and a “More info” CTA, offering key details to spark interest without overwhelming users.
