Flyer Design & Visual Communication
The project involved the creation of promotional flyers for the premiere of the theater play JOY.
I selected colors, imagery, and typography to reflect the story’s narrative, highlighting the critique of consumer society and the protagonist’s obsession and pursuit of revenge.
The design aimed to capture the play’s dramatic tone and engage the audience, translating the themes into a visually compelling piece.

Visual Design
The flyer’s palette was chosen to reflect the dramatic tone of the play, using black and red in accordance with the client’s branding. These colors help convey the intensity of the narrative while maintaining visual cohesion. High-quality imagery was selected to complement the palette and reinforce the story’s emotional impact. Typography was carefully selected to communicate the play’s themes and mood, balancing readability with expressive character, while guiding the viewer’s eye through the flyer.
